Early Takes On Jack Goldsmith's Book

We don't have a copy yet, and neither do most of you. The Washington Post and the New York Times do, of course, which is how we were alerted to the existence of the book in the first place.

Bench Memos has a series of posts on "The Terror Presidency," which comes out later this month, here, here, here and here. Instapundit also has an early review. Slate has an exclusive excerpt of the book up today, with more to come next week.
