Huckabee Projected To Win Iowa

Goodness, the caucuses haven't been going for an hour yet. This is incredibly early, but CNN is projecting that Mike Huckabee will win the Iowa Republican caucuses by a comfortable margin. Keep in mind that this is NOT a primary, so don't try to project the totals onto Iowa's Republicans as a whole. Still, this result will come as a great surprise to those who believed the Huckabee surge was more media hype than anything else. He still has no money and no organization compared to Mitt Romney, so carrying the momentum onto other states will be a tall order. Stay with On Call for early reaction throughout the night; we'll have full analysis tomorrow.
